Contract Readiness Review
A line-by-line look at licenses, insurance, bonding, financials and references — with a written gap plan for what buyers ask for first.
Amplify · Contracts, Procurement & Marketing
Amplify takes an operating DFW business through procurement registration, bid response and certification — while standard marketing strategies put the business in front of the customers who keep it funded between awards.
What Amplify offers
Contract and procurement work is one half. Standard marketing strategies run alongside it, because a buyer checks whether anyone can find you.
A line-by-line look at licenses, insurance, bonding, financials and references — with a written gap plan for what buyers ask for first.
SAM.gov and UEI setup, Texas CMBL, plus city, county, school district and hospital vendor lists and bid portal registrations.
Opportunity monitoring, go/no-go screening, compliance matrices, pricing narratives and submission assembly before the deadline.
Texas HUB, SBE/MBE/WBE/DBE and SBA small-business packets prepared and tracked. Amplify prepares the file — the certifying agency issues the certification.
A one-page capability statement, past-performance sheets, org chart and rate sheet formatted the way contracting officers expect.
Brand kit, website and Google Business Profile cleanup, local SEO basics, a 90-day content calendar and a review-request routine.
Labeled sponsored placement on Explore DFW, co-op campaigns with referral partners and measurable impression reporting.
Invoicing templates, certificate-of-insurance tracking, subcontractor records and the renewal dates that get contracts pulled.
Onboarding path
Send the form at the bottom of this page. It takes about two minutes and no payment is collected.
We confirm you are an operating business and that your formation documents, EIN and ownership records are in order — usually within two business days.
A 30-minute call with an advisor: where you are, which certifications you qualify for, and a written roadmap with dates.
Each month: one procurement target worked end to end and one marketing deliverable shipped, so revenue and readiness grow together.
Eligibility
Amplify works with operating businesses, not ideas. That is the certification side of the program: before a buyer or a certifying agency will look at you, the paperwork has to prove the business exists, who owns it and who controls it.
Certification is issued by the certifying body — the Texas Comptroller (HUB), NCTRCA, a city program or the SBA. Amplify prepares, files and tracks the application, but approval and award decisions are never guaranteed and are never promised by Community Gateway.
If the business is not yet formed or has no EIN, start with a free business profile in Explore DFW and the Business Hub. Amplify will pick you up once the entity and the EIN exist — formation documents and an EIN are the two items every certification and vendor file requires.

What Amplify does and does not promise
Amplify prepares documents, registrations and bid responses and coaches the business through the process. Community Gateway is not a certifying agency, is not a government contracting office, and does not guarantee a certification, a bid award or a contract. Certification approvals and award decisions rest solely with the certifying body and the buying agency.
